For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for an autonomous, detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills for the role of Technical Support Specialist for our internal CPQ system.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve Bugs.
• Test CPQ User Stories and Bugs, existing processes.
• Develop relevant documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Setup and administrate a new support knowledge base for CPQ.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience customizing and testing CPQ solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems.
• Familiarity with software development concepts and architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC) would be considered an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting, multitasking and problem solving skills.
• High level of English (both written and spoken).
