Join our Global Business Services Center in Sofia as a Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM — we’re looking for someone proactive, detail‑oriented, and ready to communicate and collaborate effectively.
_____YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily bug tracking, including both automated and user-reported issues, oversee Microsoft support tickets, monitor Azure Service Bus DLQ, and review Automate Log
- Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CRM by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues—including those related to integrated systems like snapADDY and other connected applications—or escalating them from first-line support as needed
- Conduct release testing, perform UI/UX evaluations, and erify CRM feature and integration functionality.
- Develop and update technical documentation, feature descriptions, test cases, and process guides within Azure DevOp
- Assist with CRM and DevOps user access management, perform bulk updates, and support the implementation of new user stories requiring basic customizations or configuration adjustments

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of technical support experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Basic knowledge of software development principles, architecture styles, and APIs (REST, RPC) is advantageous
- Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
