As a Trainee Content Creation and System Documentation at PALFINGER AG, your overall purpose is to support the CoE People Development and Culture and its teams in maintaining and improving learning content and documentation. You will contribute to the rebranding of existing e-learning materials, as well as the creation and maintenance of process documentation and user guides across different HR system modules. This role combines design work with structured documentation tasks, providing hands-on experience in digital learning and HR processes.
_____YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support e‑learning updates and rebranding by aligning existing courses with PALFINGER’s new visual identity and maintaining consistent learning materials
- Adapt and improve course design using standard e‑learning authoring tools and templates while collaborating with the content team to enhance visual quality
- Ensure quality and consistency across all learning content through careful review and attention to detail
- Assist in creating and maintaining HR process documentation, including topics such as Employee Listening (surveys), Performance & Development Review (PDR), and learning & development processes
- Develop and update user‑friendly documentation for HR systems, including user manuals, ensuring materials remain structured, accessible, and aligned with internal standards
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Ongoing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Media, or a related field, with interest in digital learning, visual design, and HR process documentation
- initial exposure through internships, university projects, or freelance work in content creation, documentation, or HR is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and confident use of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Interest in content creation, visual design, and digital learning, with willingness to learn e‑learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline), instructional design principles, and documentation practices
- Strong attention to detail, structured working style, and solid written English (B2) to produce clear and professional documentation
