Palfinger USA, LLC is searching for an Accounts Receiveable Specialist for it's Tiffin, OH facility. This position is onsite, Monday through Friday. Our address is 4151 W. State Route 18, Tiffin, OH 44883. This position will reports to the Senior Accountant.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Maintenance - assist with maintaining customer accounts        
• Daily customer service inquiries
• Daily cash application of lockbox, ACH/Wires and credit card payments and Daily cash receipts reconciliation to bank
• Collection of past due accounts
• Actively participate in month, quarter and years end close activities
• Ensure compliance with AR internal controls and procedures

Your Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. Associate degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal and external customers
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work loads
