Join our team as Senior Specialist SuccessFactors and play a key role in developing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors and other HR-relevant systems. This position offers the opportunity to drive system enhancements and ensure smooth operations in a dynamic, international environment.
_____Your Responsibilities:
- Implement, develop, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, including add-ons and integrations
- Analyze technical requirements and manage implementation of new solutions to optimize HR processes
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to ensure system stability and resolve issues promptly
- Optimize business processes through technical solutions and maintain data integrity
- Coordinate external service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in IT, Human Resources, or a comparable field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/IT environment with strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise (master data & permissions)
- Knowledge of additional HR applications (e.g., Concur)
- High level of initiative, solution orientation, and accuracy; ability to work independently
- Fluency in German and English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
