To strengthen our team in Bergheim, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager who ensures that complex technical initiatives, often at the intersection of digital systems and PALFINGER’s physical products, are delivered with clarity, precision, and alignment to strategic goals. By understanding the technical domain and solution complexity, the Technical Project Manager acts as a key enabler of successful project outcomes. A core aspect of the role is fostering alignment across stakeholders, maintaining visibility into project status, and ensuring that technical considerations are fully integrated into planning and execution.
_____YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape and align project scope, deliverables, and timelines with strategic objectives
- Lead execution and track milestones to secure timely, high-quality results
- Act as the key liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, technical, and performance standards
- Continuously enhance processes through best-practice project management
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed education in a technical field such engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable, and relevant initial work experience
- Experienced in driving technical or engineering projects in product-centric or industrial environments
- Skilled in managing workflows with tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
- Exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of quality, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English; combined with proven ability to communicate and negotiate in an international environment

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
